1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AppScreens ("the Service"), operated by AppScreens ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AppScreens is a web-based platform that provides a curated, searchable archive of mobile app store screenshots for marketing research, app store optimization (ASO), and design inspiration. We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the applicable rate.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or automated-download content from the Service beyond normal usage
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense content obtained from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

App store screenshots displayed on the Service are the property of their respective app developers and publishers. AppScreens does not claim ownership of third-party content. The Service itself, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by AppScreens.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppScreens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
