Contact

One inbox, read by a person. AppScreens.store is a small independent product, so there is no ticket queue to get lost in.

Email

Write to hello@appscreens.store for anything at all. That address covers support, billing, bug reports, feature requests, press and partnership enquiries. Expect a reply within two business days; if a week passes with nothing, assume the mail went astray and send it again rather than waiting.

Replies come from the same address. Because the sending domain is young, a first reply can land in spam — if you have written and heard nothing, check that folder before concluding it was ignored.

What to include

  • A billing or account problem: the email address on the account. Do not send card details, and note that we never ask for them by email — payments are handled entirely by Stripe and we never see a full card number.
  • A bug: the page URL, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot of the screen you were on usually settles it in one round trip.
  • A missing or wrong listing: the app name and its App Store or Google Play URL. The archive tracks a curated set of top listings rather than every app, so an app being absent is often expected rather than a fault.

Takedown requests

If you own an app and want its screenshots removed from the archive, use the DMCA and takedown page, which sets out what a request needs to contain and how it is handled. Sending it there rather than to general support gets it in front of the right process immediately.

Before you write

A few answers are already written down: pricing and plan limits, the background on what the archive is and where the data comes from, the privacy policy, and the MCP guide if you are connecting an AI agent. If the answer is there, you will get it faster than we can reply.

One thing worth stating plainly, because it causes confusion: AppScreens.store is not affiliated with appscreens.com. That is a different product under a similar name. If you were trying to reach them, this inbox cannot help.
